Lost weight? Put on weight? Either way, the size of that pretty piece of garment doesn't fit you like a glove? Girls Folio welcomes exchanges as long as it is requested within 7 days!

What happens?

The countdown begins from the day your item is sent out.
Once you receive your pretty bags of items and horror! realises it doesn't fit, please drop an email to girlsfolio@hotmail.com
Exchange of items is strictly based on a 1-to-1 basis and is not guaranteed.
We are girls/women/females who understands the headache of owning pieces of unwearable garments, thats why we sincerely want to help you!

How to request for exchange?

1) Please send us an email giving an explaination for the exchange of item and the item which you would like to exchange for.
2) Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back to.
You will have to mail it out within 3 days or the exchange will not be valid.
3) Please note that for every exchange, postage and handling fees of $2.20 per item will be borne by you. Payment for this $2.20 shall be paid through bank transfer or imposed on exchange item's price.
4) If the item you want to exchange with is of a higher purchase amount, you will have to top up the difference in amount via the same payment method.
5) If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. Hence, we would like to encourage you babes to choose items that are of the equal amount.
6) Strictly no refund of cash and no exchange for more than once for each purchase.

PLEASE! Check your pretty purchases for defects! (if any)
Girls Folio will not be responsible for any defects that are not reported within 7 days.
